In 2011, Jennifer Caruso took over the Presidency position from her father, John Piccolo, who now resides as Vice President. Quality and care is extremely important to us at P&C Fence Company. What We Do...
P&C works from your approved plans or with Facility Management from concept to completion, to help design the project to be the most cost effective and efficent. P&C works with facility management, building what has been approved or helping to design the structures, locating fence and security, working with the local Building Officials, DEC, DEP and Local Environmental groups if necessary. P&C works with your Director of Site Security to be sure their expectations are met or exceeded.

We Take Safety Seriously...
P&C has an Excellent Safety Record. Daily Safety meetings are held on site every morning before the start of the days work. P&C encourages every employee to get their OSHA 10 certificate.
All P&C Site Superintendents and Foremen are required to have their OSHA 10 as a condition of employment.
